We already knew that Kobe Bryant's next Nike sneaker was set to employ a little bit of Jordan Brand tech, but now we finally have an official look at the Black Mamba's upcoming Kobe AD NXT FastFit.
A mashup of sorts between the Kobe AD NXT 360 and the Air Jordan 33, the new mid-top Kobe design is packed full of unique and innovative features. Not only do the kicks make use of the Jumpman's FastFit lacing tech, they also feature a Quadfit upper – previously employed by the likes of the Swoosh's top-of-the-line Phantom VSN Elite soccer boot – to go along with an ankle strap and drop-in React cushioning. Translucent details also highlight the outsole and Swoosh – at least on this particular colourway – to better showcase the tech within.
Stay tuned for an official unveiling, but expect the new Kobes to get a release in the coming weeks.
